Rules of the contest

- The competition is open to everybody, except the members of the organizing club.

Each participant has the right to enter the number of models of their choice in each category.

- Juniors, whose age limit is 16, will be able to register their models for free in all categories and levels.

- Registration for the contest will be on site on Saturday, October 04, 2025 from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Upon registration, the participant will be given a numbered ticket, for each model, which he will place under or before it.

- Any distinctive sign or indication to identify the author of a model are prohibited.

The models must be the work of the competitors and only them. In the case where a model was built by several people, this must be clearly specified during registration.

Any model deviating from this previous rule will be disqualified.

- The models entered in the contest will be placed in a place reserved for this purpose.

Models too large will be judged on the stands of clubs or participants in exceptional circumstances.

- Each participant will specify during the registration the category in which he wishes to participate.

Any competitor who has obtained a "gold" level in other competitions must declare it spontaneously and will necessarily be upgraded to a "Master" level, in order to respect fairness.

The president of the jury reserves the right to change category a model that he considers not to be correctly classified.

In case of a change of category, the participant will be notified.

- The pieces presented in competition must imperatively be correct and tasteful (no pornography).

- The jury consists of a president, a secretary and judges and each category will be judged by at least two independent judges or different clubs.

The jurors can not participate in the contest.

The announcement of the results will take place on Sunday at 04:30 PM

Contest entries may not be removed prior to the award ceremony.

The jury's decisions are final.

- The organization declines any responsibility in case of damage to the models.
